Please note:

Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes are not available. Your order will not be processed unless the delivery address been updated; otherwise, your order will be cancelled with a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international addresses are currently unavailable. Kindly contact us via email or phone call with any special request.

Due to national holidays, inventory shortages, logistics and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, your order(s)’ processing and delivery may get delayed. We will try our best to keep you updated if any of the delays happen. We greatly appreciated your patience if any of the special conditions applied.

Small Parcel (General products in package below 150 LBS; and can be lifted without assistance) with FedEx or UPS:

  • We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the United States for most products. Most of our in-stock orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Average delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days.
  • The transit time and carrier may vary. If the order contains multiple items, we will try our best to ship your all items in your order at the same time. However, some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.
  • For back-ordered items, kindly check the selections carefully when placing an order, as the shipping time frames are constantly updated in real-time.

 

Shipping Address Modification

We will not be able to change shipping address or any other details on your order after 10 A.M. (Central Time) on each business day. You may return the item(s) to us based on our Return Policy accordingly.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully; we will email you with the tracking information once your order been processed and shipped.
  • You may also obtain the tracking information on our website by entering your email address with the order number.
  • You can get more details about the shipment(s)’ status on the carrier's official website.

LTL (Less than Truck Load) with LTL Carriers:

  • Due to the size and weight of certain products, the shipment(s) of the item(s) are required to ship with LTL carrier. If you order multiple items in one order, we may also arrange LTL shipment for your order by consolidating all the items.
  • Eligible Items: All items that require LTL shipment will show a tag on the product pages accordingly. We will also notify you when you place the order if the item(s) you’re purchasing apply to LTL shipping requirement.
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days to majority areas in the 48 states. Depending on the LTL carrier’s schedule, it may take longer.
  • Delivery Scheduling & Signature Required: Once the shipment arrives at the local terminal in your destination, the carrier/delivery company will call you to set up an appointment for delivery. The driver will then call you 1hr – 30min ahead of final delivery.
  • Delivery Location: While making the delivery appointment, the carrier/delivery company will get more details of your delivery location. You may check with the carrier/delivery specialist if there are any specific services, such as moving the shipment to the room of your choice at the delivery location.

 

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your BHD purchase, and we are committed to offering expert guidance to help you select the best fit products for your needs.

We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn't quite meet your expectations 100%, and that is why make returns easy for you.

Please fill out the return inquiry form or email us with your return request along with the order number. Meanwhile, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once we receive your return request.

General Information for All Return

  • All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition for full refund.
  • Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
  • Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally shipped. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
  • We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

30-Day Free Return Policy

  • All products apply to 30-day free return within 30 days of receipt.
  • No restocking fee applied for items returned in “like new” condition.
  • No shipping fee is applied for the return of the item.

Return After 30 Day of Receipt

  • The total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exceptions:
  • Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival must be reported immediately.
  • Final Sale items are final and non-returnable, except for items that are damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellation

Please contact at as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If your order is not processed or shipped yet, we will process your cancellation request with a full refund once we receive your order cancellation request.
If your order has been shipped before we received your cancellation request, the order is no longer subject to cancellation and will need to go through the Return process.

Backordered Items

When the product(s) that you purchased run out-of-stock, we will notify you by the following business day after your order placement. You may choose to cancel the order with a full refund; otherwise, if you would like to keep the order, we will ship the product(s) to you right away once the products are back-in-stock. You will receive the shipping information accordingly.
